Service Agreement
A detailed service agreement will be provided outlining the specific services to be performed, costs, payment terms, and any other relevant details. Both parties must agree to the terms of the service agreement before services commence.
Scheduling and Appointments
Scheduling: Services will be scheduled based on availability and customer preference. We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due as specified, and failure to pay may result in the suspension of services. Methods of Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Specific payment methods will be detailed in the service agreement. Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Access: You must provide us with access to the property and any necessary permissions to perform the services. Preparation: Ensure that the area to be serviced is clear of obstacles and hazards. If special preparations are needed, details will be provided in the service agreement. Communication: Communicate any specific needs or concerns to us promptly so we can address them appropriately.
SMS Messaging Program
We will only send you SMS messages about your accounts with us and occasionally send marketing messages about new programs or services we offer, promotions, or otherwise which we feel are as relevant to you as possible.
Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes that may affect you.
Privacy Policy
Your mobile information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely for support services, such as customer service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our business is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
